Toy Trains Are Fun — All Aboard!

Thanks for joining me.  I’m a member of TCA, CCMRHS and NASG, and, with the help of some skilled toy train enthusiasts, I will be posting useful layout tips, stories and information about trains (real and toy trains), and date, time and location of events related to toy trains.  In my early years, I lived only a few miles from the A. C. Gilbert factory in New Haven, Connecticut.  When I was old enough to have a train it was sure to be an American Flyer freight set (circa 1954).  Although my primary focus is on hi-rail “S” gauge American Flyer trains, I also have built “O” Gauge and Standard Gauge layouts–as have others in my local club (Central California Model Railroad and Historical Society, Inc.).  So, sit back and relax.  Check out the Layout Quick Tips photos, below.  Then, click on the above menu buttons for more information, stories, photos and videos.
